[Resolved] Racold — worst service of water heater by supplier | |||
Repeated calling to the supplier not even one time responded regarding the service of the water heater. Presently not getting hot water from Racold heater within 6 months of purchase which in warranty period. The supplier/ distributor should be warned by the company otherwise customer will lose interest in getting the product. Customer care of the company should inform to the company to take action on suppliers or distributer. The company should have the policy to satisfy the customer in getting service done within the stipulated interval of time so that customers will be satisfied. Was this information helpful? | |||
