I visited the Radcliffe school for admission for my children. I was looking for offline classes for my kid in UKG. The front office executive at Balanagar Hyderabad Shrishti Jaiswal and the regional marketing manager Shashank Racha told me that school is running offline classes even for pre primary.
They asked me to pay the admission fees of Rs. 9000 then and there and start sending my child to school from next day itself. I also had an elder child whom I did not wanted to get enrolled in mid year but they told me that since their school is too good the seats will be pre booked for the coming year too.
Despite of me telling that we will take it next year they convinced us in paying atleast Rs 3000 caution amount for the elder one's admission.
From the next day they never called us and when I spoke up they said school is not open and there are online classes only.
Just for the sake of getting admission they lied right on our face about offline classes. Even till today my child has not attended a single class and they are not refunding our money of RS 12000.
I have never ever seen such LIARS and a school that LOOTS money from parents like this.
I have contacted them multiple times but they just keep telling we have raised request with head office. Still no update...
People please BEWARE of this school at Balanagar, Hyderabad. U will regret like never before. WORST MANAGEMENT with a bunch of LIARS.
I request the top management to please take a note on this and issue my refund.
I have all the receipts and proofs of conversation and can provide them if required.
