Radcliffe School — Admission fees taken without licence for 9th std

Dear Sir/madam,

Arun sir (school coordinator) approached me over phone and convinced me that admission would be done for both my children and then at the eleventh hour another school co-ordinator informed me that admission for 9th std is cancelled. Finally to top it over they informed that I won't get my admission fee back, how absurd that sounds?? I am highly disappointed with your organisational etiquettes, absolutely no professionalism involved in the team working for you'll.

I am expecting a positive reply from Radcliffe international school Ghod bunder road thane west branch.
Otherwise I will be left with no option but to go to the regulatory authorities or media for my hard earned money.

Please treat urgent, And confirm final date to me.
