Radvision world consultancy based in new delhi is vary fake company they take money and don't give service at all, fake people sitting in new delhi, pls beaware of this fraud company and pls report to police, they takes money and after taking money they don't pick phone. They will email you that the position is closed, vary smartly collect all the money, cheap people pls report to police and take a strong action action against them.

Dear friends, first of all i would like to inform you about the radvision world consultancy.
1) first of all they will charge you 36000/- without giving/showing you any legal document. They will insist you to pay first (Just think why?) and after that they will send you the legal document and i am 100 % sure that you will be scared after reading that and you will change your mind to proceed your case with radvision company.
2) after you pay them they will give you 45 days and i have seen that they will not contact you after that because you have paid the amount of 36000/-. If you have any query then they will answer you verbally/telephonic ally and not by email because its written document.
3) dear friends they also claim that they will conduct 15 to 20 interviews at various schools of germany. I asked them the names of those schools but they never told me that.in my opinion they don't have any contacts in germany of any schools. They just give the advertisements in naukri.com or other sites to attract the clients.
4) when they check the profile regarding whether they are eligible to apply, they always give positive report you know why? They want your 36000/- because in legal document its written that if your visa application is rejected due to any reason than there is no refund.
5) dear radvision employee just tell me one thing. I paid 36000/ to you on 02/02/2018 and received the legal document after that and i have not signed yet. After reading the document i just decided to get refund of 36000/- but you denied. Can you tell me why? I have not signed the document yet. And its not written in legal document that before signing you are not going to get back your money. I am also waiting for reply of rti and after that i am sure to meet you either in your office or may be in court.

Dear friends, i must suggest you only one thing about rad vision world consultancy. Before making any payment just demand the copy of legal documents and i am 100% sure that they will not provide you the copy. They give you only 2-3 days for the payment of fees so that you can't search about them. After submitting the fees you will get legal documents but i am 100% sure that you will change your mind about immigration after reading the legal documents.
Dear friends, initially they give positive response to all people that they are eligible for german immigration because they want your 35000. But when german embassy refuses the visa then they say that its not their fault. I just want to ask them that how they claim that we are eligible.
While taking the money they are cow but after getting payment they are tigers. I must say they are cheaters.

I have had a pleasant experience with radvision they have good domain experience and they can be trusted for immigration/visa services. They have been in the industry for quite a while now, and they have grown to be the best. Their pricing is great, given the kind of service i got. Overall trustworthy. I am giving this reviews because other people can choose this consultancy wisely.

This company is fraud

They say they have certification need to be verified for true, validity and for type of business they are allowed.

They get lumpsum amount as a service fee but the actual work they do is all giving checklist only.

They dont have any kind of skills but they charge as like experts.

They give wrong promises for abroad jobs but please see the complaints in this website itself.

When this website has these many complaint how come in google alone their company is getting good rating.

In this website, none of the issue was solved, it is marked as solved the complaint author himself asking how (Please read the complaints if you want)

These frauds looting money by saying they have link with german employers.

These people don't have any skills. All they know is to cheat the innocents with all the legal possibility.

They are not recruiters or visa consultants either for which they get a lump sum amount of money with no expertise and skills.

They have certification, but they misusing it with business tactics.

Tanya and nidhi, these beings are justifying them self that they are very polite (Calling dear) and so they are professional. I am in frustration for loosing money and arguing about that. They did not even care because they have legal agreement signed where no responsibilities on them.

The front team will collect people to achieve their business target by saying all the fake promises.

Tanya- she said they have the employers link in Germany and the selection is not based on merit. They have the links and tie up that why we are getting money.

Nidhi - she is the manager and just giving only checklist and nothing else. They don't even have the capability to find the employer.

People have to be aware of this fraud. I am not the only case, there are plenty if you want check the same website for Germany visa complaints.

If you want money you can go and beg instead cheating people. All the money you earned by cheating me or other people will be curse for each and everyone of you and your family.

I can prove how tactically you cheated me anywhere. I will not keep quite until I get justice for this.

They told me that they have link with recruiters in Germany (not based on merits but through they are link)

I was asked to pay 35000.

In the process, they made me to apply for Germany job seeker visa and got refusal.

Thats it, my file was closed. All they did was only gave me the checklist which is already there in the Germany consulate website.

Nidhi and Tanya are the staff.

Tanya was calling me several times until i make the payment after refusal, now she is not ready to contact me though I contacted twice (all I hear from her is I will talk to team and will get back and then that's it).

They don't even have ethics.

I will propaganda everywhere until I get justice for this.

Hi friends i had a very bad experience with radvision world consultancy.. I started my process for german job seeker visa in december and they said that it's a 3months process once u pay the whole amount your process will start and a case manager will be allotted to u and they will help u in filling for ur visa and once u get d visa ur interview will start once selected u will fly but there are so many loopholes in the process which they never said. They even said that visa will only get cancel if only the documents are fraud. But my visa got cancel because my case manager didn't supported me well my documents were not well prepared, n my documents was missing.

Please refer to my email below for my conversation with radvision. They think that by signing a document they get an evidence and they can do anything but they are wrong.in my case i didn't get a proper from miss nidhi my case manager because of her mistake my visa got rejected so i definately need 100% refund from radvision. Abd guys the email id that u see on top i was asked by mrs sukanya to send email to info radvision id for any queries when i sent them an email i didn't received any reply because they know they are fraud and they know the mistake is in there part so they didn't had any words to reply but i will go till consumer court to escalate this i need my whole money back. Radvision was paid to help me with complete documentation which they didn't do. I sent all my documents by post to radvision my case manager nidhi if she found my cover letter is missing she should have prepared for it because radvision was paid for it and they knew that the cover letter was the most important document. She send me the document without the cover letter and ask me to open on the day of my visa interview i ask her do i need to do anything she just said no. You are exactly correct on your part but you can't ignore the fact that your employee miss nidhi she knew that my cover letter was missing i send all my hard copies to her upon checking my documents if she found that the cover letter is missing then it was her job to arrange for a cover letter and she didn't do that, as everyone is aware that the cover letter is placed just after my application form she arranged my file accordingly and she sent it to me through post on the day of my visa interview the lady ask me where is the cover letter i said let me check (When nidhi send me the documents through post she ask me not to open and see just take it as it is to the embassy and open there) n wen i found that there was no cover letter into it they asked me to prepare one in that cover letter they ask me to mention my experience qualifications and also that i have a baby and how i will be taking care of my baby if i move abroad. I mentioned everything. On that basis my visa got rejected because i mentioned that if i get a job n if my company gives me dependent visa i can bring my baby there and take care of her. If i have paid so much money to radvision then it was radvision responsibility to take care of my file and arrange for all my documents then why my cover letter was not ther why it was missing??? Do you guys think that we know from before that how to apply for a visa and what documents are required if i would know from before i could have done it on my own i am not a fool that i will pay so much n on top of paying i will not get proper service. If miss nidhi would have taken care of my application before properly then this would have not happen. My second visa interview they didn't ask much about my baby just who is going to care of your baby i said there are many people at my home who can take care of my baby n my husband i said they have there own family business. And nothing else but they rejected again on the basis of the previous statement (That i mentioned on my hand written cover letter in the beginning because nidhi didn't provided me the cover letter and also didn't allow me to check the documents which she had courier it to me) that i will be taking my baby n my husband there. So again i am repeating myself that this all happened because i miss nidhi from radvision didn't provided me with complete documents and also proper service was not given as mr rohan is also aware about this that miss nidhi she was very rude to me but i still kept quiet just because i wanted a job but now it's my last request to the refund department and the higher mangement and also the ceo of the company to accept my refund request and process my refund otherwise i would be bound to take a legal action. Secondly i kept on asking before paying to the staffs of radvision that what are the grounds on which visa can get rejected the response was only if the documents are fake. So none of my documents were fake. But there were so many loopholes in the process never before we were informed that i have to apply for a job seeker visa and if visas gets rejected then no job no immigration no refund but yes i was definitely informed by radvision that within 3months i will get a job after making a payment a case manager will be assigned he/she will take care of my documentation my process will start soon they will help with each and every documents and you will get a visa your interview will start and you will get a job and then u can fly why??? You guys are not informing the right thing to your clients. Why??? So many loopholes.??? You guys have wasted lots of my time my money n at the end no job. So radvision didn't provided me better support and for that i will suffer no. You guys need to pay for it. I can't wait much for the refund i need my entire money back by end of this week no matter what. You guys can escalate this to higher management i don't mind but i want my money back if you guys are not refunding me my money then i will be bound to file an fir against radvision i can goto consumer court and i will get my money back from radvision. We have received your request for refund. You have started the process with us on 14/12/2016 for germany temporary resident work visa.
All the legal formalities we have done like legal agreement, invoice etc. We have released the document checklist to you for germany process on 27/12/2016.
As of now you are asking for refund as you have gone for the embassy interview. Unfortunately, your visa application got rejected by the embassy twice on the miscellaneous reasons and you were unable to convenience them and its completely embassys decision whether there will be rejection or approval of visa.
In above scenario radvision is not liable for any refund. Also, it is to mention that when you enrolled with radvision its clearly mentioned in the agreement duly signed by you that there will be no refund if file goes on hold and gets rejected.

Legal agreement which was duly signed between you and company, clauses are as follows:-
Schedule 4 refund policy
? Consultation fee for germany job seeker visa is non-refundable.
? There is no refund in case of visa rejection or file goes on hold.

Schedule 5 non-refund policy
? No refund if file goes on hold or gets rejected. The consultant shall not be liable for any delay on part of govt. Authorities and foreign embassies.

So as per the clauses described above, radvision is not liable for any refund in case of visa rejection by the embassy.

Radvision approached me for job in germamy through job seeker visa and said german language is not mandatory to get a job. They asked me to pay rs.35000 for visa process and job. But after the payment they cant even book an appointment slot, i itself booked the german consulate interview. It is required to show a proof of address for staying, after i booked the appointment they asked me to pay again 3500 to book hotels in germany which they didnt explain me earlier. The german consulate asks for german language, how did you choose the place of stay, a reply mail from any company in germany to your job application and complete plan for 6 months stay, but radvision didnt explain me anything about this and my application got rejected. I asked radvision whether should i apply again, they said once you get rejected you cannot go again for an interview. So i asked for a refund, they simply said it is our policy, and you signed the legal document so we cannot refund. My kind advise is not to go with radvision, they are money oriented and play with peoples life. I lost my money, i have been blocked by german consulate so i cant apply again for that visa.

This is a fraud company . They took 1lack rs from us which we took it from bank as loan. They promised my job for Germany and after they took my money they barely responded to my phone calls and even if they responded they talked in a rude way. A lady named Sukanya took this money. This company should be charged and punished for fraud cases. They should be taken to court. And I want action against this complain.

I have seen many complaints against Radvision World Consultancy. However, I would like to urge people to give them a chance as they are quite realistic and do not mince their words. My experience of past 6 months with them has been fabulous and now I am a proud visa holder without facing any rejection of mistake in my application.

Redvision के कारन मेरी नौकरी चली गई थी, सितम्बर में redvision ने मुझसे ३५००० रूपये लिए जर्मन भेजने के लिए और कंपनी ने बाद में तमाम इस प्रकार के कागजात मुझसे मांगे जो की मेरे पास नहीं था जैसे की मैरेज सर्टिफिकेट, इस प्रकार के कागजातों को बनवाने में मेरा करीब १०००० रूपये नुकसान हो गए और इतना समय बर्बाद हुआ की मेरी नौकरी भी चली गई। दिसम्बर २०१६ में कंपनी ने कहा की जर्मन से यह पोस्ट समाप्त कर दिया गया है और आपका पैसा फरवरी में वापस कर दिया जायेगा। ६ महीने बाद फरवरी में पैसा आया तो जरूर लेकिन पूरा नहीं। Redvision ने टैक्स के नाम पर मेरे ४६०० रूपये काट लिए। यानि की Redvision के कारन मेरा ६ महीने का समय, १५००० रूपये, मेरी नौकरी, सामाजिक, शारीरिक और मानसिक नुकसान हुआ। [protected]

I had applied for Austria visa last june but still no reply from their side. No-1 fraud company. Their advertisement and their contract totally differs. They says even a school dropout is eligible for Doctor post in Europe or USA. They do nothing.You cant even say in embassy that you are client of any agency.Embassies wont entertain any agency and their services.Many procedures they learn from your process only.They know nothing but cleverly cheating.We can easily notice the comments praising them are from their own representatives and you can observe how over respect to an agency.
Until getting money their correspondences are very swift. But after payment, you don't get any immediate response and simply evade to take responsibilities saying other departments.There are few only employed and pretended to be many in various departments.They do nothing in job assistance.They are not permitted to do that by law. What they can do is just applying your CV in any country's private job finding websites like Naukri in india.
Is it possible to sending and employing any one to Europe by getting only few thousand rupees from clients? Impossible.!.Their margin of profit is our initial payment saying the rule is currently changed in respective country.Before signing your contract with them, plz note there is a clause that if any rule changes your money will not be refunded.-this is their shield to get money.
They misinform and misguide clients for the sake of money.They assure your qualification is ok for doing employment.They dont say the fact that the education qualification should be compared with their country education system. These are the things will be informed by your embassy.In my case, the embassy official scolded me for having taken appointment in zero knowledge about the procedure and gone through an agency.
There are agencies guide their client properly for money. But Radvision will misguide and waste your years !

I am karuppiah I would like to share my experience with Radvision world consultancy service here. The company in delhi is be of the fake company I signed with this company for Canada work permit in the month of September at the time they said to me the process will be take around three months so I paid 30000rs to them. After payment they never call me and never answered my call after a long while they answered me and they said to me go for medical. My medical repot was positive then they told me to you will need to atten an interview from the employer side but they didn't told me about this interview at the time of my registration. Before 10 days I have been attened the interview. In that interview the interviewer asked me more about Canada. The interview was held eight minutes. After the interview I got a forwarded mail from Radvision hr team your application was refused by the employer
I promised my family I will be reached Canada before December 15. But I can't because of this issue last three I stay away from my home.I stay with my friends. I mentally disturbed because of them.
