I have read lot of incidents about this company being fraud and i see the advertisement every other day on all job sites. This company asks money which is total fraud and has made fraud of many indians. Anyone who reads this must call the police immediately and take strict action against these criminals. I was about to get fooled by this company as it looks professional but on canadian immigration website they have mentioned that they never offer jobs directly and have no agents in india and this radvision is a fraud.

Dear sir,
one day i recived a call for me are you interested in foreign job . I said yes then say we are talking from radvision counsulting pvt. ltd .LLP then say we are provided all types of vissa and his they promised to give a foreign job so please provide consultancy fee ..and then i transferred online payment transfer 25000 from my icici account and 6000 for medical and he provided appointment letter and deal..
so please sir check and give me good decision.
i have all documents available for payments and company letter .

I am Aswathy MS, a nurse by profession based in Thodupuzha, Kerala, who is struggling to eke out a living and aspiring to better the prevalent conditions like any other hard working Indian.

I was told by one of my colleagues that Radvison World Consultancy based at Padma Tower, Rajendra Place offers services that renders a smooth transfer from India to France by way of a relevant employment opportunity.They are registered under LLP Identification Number AAE - 6266 and offer various other services under the same name.Going by an advice of a fellow mate, I decided to pursue this matter.

Quite naturally I contacted Radvision and was introduced to Ms. Kanika Arora who took things further.I was told to submit relevant documents and was also told that an interview would be conducted and then the subsequent rounds of processing would be conducted at the earliest.

I will desist from using words which others have resorted to, lest I may be termed as someone who is out to defame them on purpose.

Let me put forth facts and figures which would provide a clarity to the audience present here - what Radvision World Consultancy is all about.

We are well into finishing the month of October and two things have happened ever since my money was paid on the 10th and 18th of June.Firstly, I was told the job opportunity which was committed upon will not materialize, for which reasons have not been communicated till today.Secondly, I was told the money paid will not be refunded.

Amount requested by Radvison World Consultancy for their services was a one time amount of 30, 000 rupees, which was paid in a batch of 2 separate transfers via a bank transfer.(Proof of which is submitted here)

Going strictly by their own their terms and conditions, " Radvision does not provide services but only gives "advice and help" which is a very broad term.A safe ploy to get out of tricky situations I feel.

The rest of the details furnished in the terms & conditions essentially constricts the rights of the consumer to such a level that once the payment done, its akin to gambling with that money.

In-spite of making multiple calls, action has not been taken from their end and a refund is yet to hit my account.I have been left with no choice but to resort to asking help here.

An amount of 30000/- rupees does not come by easily for me.Please assist.

One day one call from radvision world consultancy she told me that you can get job seeking visa in germany but you have to pay 45000 i paid that amount but did not get the visa now that people saying that you can get only the 40% back they are cheating me i am indian citizen but i can't do any thing againest them this is my situations please do the need full
