[Resolved] Radvision World Consultancy — cheated my money

I have paid money for assisting job and visa purposes on first call i trust them very conveniently but when i have paid money they changed every rules and terms. They failed to provide me such assistance as per their criteria and now i'm asking to return my money but they saying not possible to return, just they are making fool the innocent people.

RadVision World Consultancy Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Sujit Das,

We are writing this in response to your above comment, we have analyzed your case history and found that our counsellors and case managers have always provided you in time support and have made all efforts which resulted in successful submission of your application at Kolkata Consulate of German Embassy but The Embassy later after making their verifications rejected your application since your qualification is incomplete which you even hided from us initially. Later, after our assessment of documents when we found it and told you than you accepted the same wherein the very same moment you were informed by our team about the possibilities of rejection of your application and we preceded it further only with your consent.

We would sincerely request you to understand and accept the above decision of Embassy which was due to fraudulent information and mis-presentation of details by you to The Embassy. Also, we would advise and request you not to put any allegations on company to intentionally spoil the company’s goodwill.

We seek your understandings on above matter and wish you luck for all your future nedeavors.

Fake fraud cheating consultancy they got the money not giving interview schedule for past around one year now your are sending the mail to me your file was presently was closed what the reason from the consultancy saying always not getting opitment for interview now they got my money and cheating like 420

In reference to raised above concerns we have analysed your case history and found that you have genuinely received services from our side for your application process and when there were dates easily available from the Embassy than you were not in India and later after when you finished your contract and came back to India Embassy was not having dates available for long term visa and for authenticity and transparency of the same our team has shared all the links with you which you are also following occasionally but were not able to avail any dates same as our team was.

We completely understand your dilemma and agree that you are now giving up your patience but we would sincerely request you to have your faith in us, we value your association and business with us and as soon as anything rolls up our team will definitely communicate the same to you.

I was paid the money around one year before reading Germany job seeker visa and I submitted the document from my side after that they are saying no interview schedule from Chennai,
But other consultants the candidate are going for interview and got visa,

I need my money you are wasting the time also

And your cheating me past one year
