Dear jaiyanthi,

Greetings!!
I have applied a job seeker visa through above mentioned company. I have paid the money for visa process.

They already know that since last year we are not getting the job seeker appointment. Still they make a flase promise saying they will get the visa. And after one year they have sent me a mail

As per the signed agreement between you and company contract validity is one year, our services is valid with us till today and we have already forward your case to the legal team now they will update you for the further process ([protected]@radvisionworld.com).

We would like to inform you that many times we have update you this is a govt process we cant intervene in to the same, visa interview dates availability is tottaly control by german embassy.

Greetings From Radvision World

Here we would like to draw the attention that you have applied for Germany job seeker visa wherein the process has been under control by the embassy. We have informed you in case of any hold or any decision by government Radvision World consultancy LLP will not responsible. We have also found that after taking services from Radvision, now you are defaming and damage company reputation on the basis company have the right to take legal action on the same.

SCHEDULE 9 IPC ON DEFAMATION :

Chapter XXI of the IPC exclusively talks of defamation. Section 499 prescribes the offence:

Whoever, by words either spoken or intended to be read, or by signs or by visible representations, makes or publishes any imputation concerning any person intending to harm, or knowing or having reason to believe that such imputation will harm, the reputation of company is said . . . to defame that person. Explanation 2. - It may amount to defamation to make an imputation concerning a company or an association or collection of persons as such.

Section 500 prescribes the punishment in such cases: Whoever defames another shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term, which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
