This rad vision is fake and money maker consultancy. They will not do anything special for you that you realize by hiring this consultancy was a good decision. Long story short - they are good for nothing. They are here for money and at end of day you will realize what special they have done for you. I went for germany visa and they did not anything except to arrange the paper in sequential order rest i did everything, myself. I booked my appointment, i did all the paper work, they did not do anything. This is one of the worst, worst, worst consultancy. Trust me guys, whatever visa you are looking for, go to you tube channels - search for the video, embassy websites and apply your self. It might be time consuming but you will learn a lot and realize how easy is this. There is nothing like impossible and importantly you will save money and efforts behind chasing these fake consultancy. Please don't go to this consultancy, they are just money maker. Verified Support Dec 03, 2019 RadVision World Consultancy Customer Care's response Hi Raveen, , Here we would like to draw the attention that you have applied for Germany job seeker visa wherein the process we were tracking the date for your application and in this it is your sole decision to book appointment itself, where in after having dates in your hand you have twice not visited for visa interview, as it is delay from your end and applied opportunity you are aware that it is subject of limited time availability. .As we have informed you if client has not shown up in interview and any process delay from government end radvision will not responsible on the same. We have also found that after taking services from Radvision, now you are defaming and damage company reputation on the basis company have the right to take legal action on the same. SCHEDULE 9 IPC ON DEFAMATION : Chapter XXI of the IPC exclusively talks of defamation. Section 499 prescribes the offence: Whoever, by words either spoken or intended to be read, or by signs or by visible representations, makes or publishes any imputation concerning any person intending to harm, or knowing or having reason to believe that such imputation will harm, the reputation of company is said . . . to defame that person. Explanation 2. - It may amount to defamation to make an imputation concerning a company or an association or collection of persons as such.
