This consultancy is only for money maker and don't provide the services on time. Also, they don't know anything about the process. I personally felt that they didn't do anything and i could have done my self better than their support. I wasted my time and money in investing the money. I booked the appointment, gather all the documents and when i visited the embassy i got to know that i have to open the blocked account which i was not told by embassy. After that i did not get any appointment and when i got, it was too late. I followed up with them many times but failed and did not get any positive response from them. I tried to call them also but they always said that they will get back to me. So, at last without giving any services they closed my case stated that there are no more posiiton available there in germany. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Dec 03, 2019 RadVision World Consultancy Customer Care's response Hi Raveen, , Greetings From The Radvision World Here we would like to draw the attention that you have applied for Germany job seeker visa wherein the process we were tracking the date for your application and in this it is your sole decision to book appointment itself, where in after having dates in your hand you have twice not visited for visa interview, as it is delay from your end and applied opportunity you are aware that it is subject of limited time availability. .As we have informed you if client has not shown up in interview and any process delay from government end radvision will not responsible on the same. We have also found that after taking services from Radvision, now you are defaming and damage company reputation on the basis company have the right to take legal action on the same. SCHEDULE 9 IPC ON DEFAMATION : Chapter XXI of the IPC exclusively talks of defamation. Section 499 prescribes the offence: Whoever, by words either spoken or intended to be read, or by signs or by visible representations, makes or publishes any imputation concerning any person intending to harm, or knowing or having reason to believe that such imputation will harm, the reputation of company is said . . . to defame that person. Explanation 2. - It may amount to defamation to make an imputation concerning a company or an association or collection of persons as such. Section 500 prescribes the punishment in such cases: Whoever defames another shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term, which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
