[Resolved] Radvision World Consultancy — Fraud and fake company. | |||||
This is a fraud company . They took 1lack rs from us which we took it from bank as loan. They promised my job for Germany and after they took my money they barely responded to my phone calls and even if they responded they talked in a rude way. A lady named Sukanya took this money. Thus, would request you to please prove us that you are a registered client within two days or else the company will have to take legal action against you to defame the goodwill of Radvision World Consultancy, If you genuine client kindly provide the prove for the same why you hiding your identity. We know that we have alot of competitors who are doing all these nonsense things to impact the goodwill of the company. SCHEDULE 9 IPC ON DEFAMATION : Chapter XXI of the IPC exclusively talks of defamation. Section 499 prescribes the offence: Whoever, by words either spoken or intended to be read, or by signs or by visible representations, makes or publishes any imputation concerning any person intending to harm, or knowing or having reason to believe that such imputation will harm, the reputation of company is said . . . to defame that person. Explanation 2. - It may amount to defamation to make an imputation concerning a company or an association or collection of persons as such. Section 500 prescribes the punishment in such cases: Whoever defames another shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term, which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
