Hi,
I am writing this with deep pain after loosing my hard earned money.
Myself gopal reddy ammaladinne, i have paid 36k to radvision world consultancy for german visa processing. Contact name was anchal.
After the second day of payment itself, i had change my decision due to personal problems. So i have sent an email saying i don't want take their services and asked to refund money.
Initially they said it will take 10 to 15 to refund. So i was contacting them frequently and been told that will give back money.
After 10 days, they replied saying, we investigated your problem and will not give money as per the clause in the agreement (Which i have not signed).
I was telling them that since i have not signed any agreement and have not used any of their services, please refund my money.
Everytime i send an email, they are directly telling we will not refund. I am in deep pain now and not able digest thinking about my hard earned money.
I am in hopeless situation now and looking for a help to deal with radvision to get money back.

I never been told about any of the clause before paying money.
Don't behave like innocent. You are cheating people all to the core. I have sent an email for refund on the second day itself. I didn't even take 2 days. Can't you see the email from me.
Don't tell the lies that documents are 1 year old.
Last appointment date was clearly mentioned in it. I know you people don't want to refund money due to which you are putting all of your lies.
What's the use of this consumer complaint site when peoples complaints just treated like this.
I am going to take this to external affairs ministry.
I clearly mentioned, I am not interested to proceed due to my family problems. Do you want me to put personal problems in document and send it to you.
Did I use any of your services? Did I signed legal agreement which you sent After paying. How can you say, you will not refund my money.
At least now also you are not thinking about refund, you are just not listening to people. You just replaying same answer every time.
