Radvision World Consultancy — Not provided services and not refunding the money

I have replied to every mail and i was the one who was behind you and your organization to book a slot for visa interview and i have submitted the documents for missing the appointment and you have mentioned in mail and on call that the organization is reviewing and will book the slot after that. When have you asked for slot details after february. Don't create the false statement to justify and i have asked the agreement to be extended before deadline and called the numbers too which were not connecting. So don't you shun from your duties and throw the accusations on me. I have proof of emails to back my statements. So i can understand if you are say that radvision can accommodate the requests with slight delay due to pandemic but saying that the services are taken care are blatant lie. If you want we can sort these issues on legal platforms too. But i expect fairness from radvision and from you in fulfilling your services.
