This is in response to your below comment we would sincerely advise you not to put any false allegations on the company as we have a firm believe that we always have provided you handful of services that leaded to the successful submission of your application at Chennai Consulate, if there was any loop hole you if you were not eligible Embassy would never accept your application but, unfortunately your application was rejected wherein the reason for rejection very well clarifies that your application is rejected as your intentions to move to Germany & motivation factor was not convincing to the Consulate. In such a situation we as a consultant can only assist & guide you whereas refusal or approval of any application is at sole discretion of The Consulate Officer.
Furthermore, as you said in your comment that you were not provided with the services we would like to draw you attention towards the fact that from the very same day you enrolled with us we started providing you our services though it be registration formalities, legal formalities, documentation assistance, file review, feedback, interview scheduling, etc. A s you said that we were unable to book appointment for you which is not true at all, we never denied to do that for you rather it was you who willingly checked for date availability in non office hours & booked the same for you as we made you aware that dates are not available at Consulate in peak hours. So, far as you are raising concern regarding you proof of accommodation let us tell you that you were told about the same very first day when you came in contact with our Case Managers’ both in written & verbal modes. We did you the favour on your request to get it arranged by a third party for which you agreed to pay the agent fee. Since, it is a document requirement to be furnished by you wherein you were unable to do & you seek our favour for same.
Lastly, be informed that you were advised not to apply again after refusal for the reason if you are submitting same application i.e. without any added information or documents that may lead to same result once again since, the visa officer will not have anything new to consider in your application.
To conclude the above it is our humble request & advise not to put any false allegations on a company or try to spoil their company goodwill for no authentic reasons where they never failed to provide any services in time to you.
