I have purchased a flat c 504 in raheja atharva project by raheja developer limited (Rdl) in sector 109 gurgaon. I have deposited the complete stamp duty fees to rdl in the year 2016 however till date i haven't got any news regarding the registration of my property till date. I have sent many reminders regarding the same to rdl at their customer care mail address however they have only sought time extension of few months each time.

Raheja customer care is non existing it seems, tried to reach themj many times the my call keep going on transfer & later i used to disconnect the calls in frustration. Same gone with emails, no action. All the time i get the response of we will come back to you, now more than 2 plus years no communications from them. We paid almost 80-85% of amount & once that done no communication so far is heard or entertained by them, even if tried. I invested in raheja's project for their delivery on time & better quality they used to promised but if they deliver late within 4 years of promised date i wont be surprised. Very callous attitude, with useless or nill customer care (Cost cutting may be)

What is the status?

I have invested over 70% into raheja revanta, sector 78, gurgaon, independent floor - if08 (Duplex apartment) many years ago. Its more than 7 years now and no update on the construction and possession. 2 years ago, since i delayed couple of payments they had imposed penalty on me which i paid. Recently i had visited the site and was shocked. There is no construction, no people and bare shells with ht line...

Raheja builder,
Is corrupt and strealing people money how can we allowed him to launch new projects when he hasn’t delivered projects he started 7 years back? How can government allows these builders to make millions of money in profit and not taking care of public interest?
I have a flat in revanta and as per agreement he not honouring any agreement
And not refunding any money?
What can common man do in this country where we leave big builders with power and money do what ever they like

I have requested for cancellation in Krishna Housing Scheme (Raheja Developers) since 2016 but now its 2 years since then there is no confirmation regarding to refund.
My Flat number is D2-1012. I have sent several reminders and email communication but raheja is not willling to provide refund back, although as per harayan govt housing scheme, its clearly mentioned successful applicant can withdraw his/her allotment despite this they are not following the rules by DTCP, Haryana.

Hi i had booked a flat at ayana sector 79b gurgaon. I paid 40 percent of the amount, the project has been cancelled and hence i asked for refund of money.
There consumer care personnel kanika and divya have been promising to return money for last 9 months, they have been giving me dates and promises which are just not kept. Mails and calls are simply ignored. Any suggestions

I had booked one unit in the krishna housing scheme in feb 2017. I had to cancel the unit because of two reasons. 1 - they randomly allotted an unit without doing any lottery which they promised to do while booking. When i resisted, they said that it will be changed later, which i didnt like.
2 - i was leaving gurgaon and thus dont want to continue with this project.

I sent an email for the cancellation on 5th apr 2017 and subsequently on 13th apr 2017. I have been chasing the customer care since then but they are not giving any positive response. Lately they stop responding to my emails. I called the customer care today and they talked very rudely and unprofessionally.

Buyers - please stay away from raheja developers, they are looting people.

I am writing here to give a brief about the company called raheja developers partners krishna housing scheme's employee tactics to make a sale by fake commitments.

I had applied for a house under "pradhan mantri yojna scheme" through one of their employee mr. Manoj (Salesperson of krishna housing scheme mobile :- [protected]).

He had done some wrong commitments to me to make a sale of the house for the company.

1) he told me, i will get the flat, through lottery system and i got flat without any lottery in 7th floor in management quota.

2) he said, company will decide the floor by lucky draw scheme, i never heard about any draw announcement and got the 7th-floor allotment on papers when i received through courior.

3) i have made the payment of booking amount in the month of may 2017 and he promised that receipt will come to me in next 15 - 20 days and that i got on june 2017 with the papers that are reffering that i have to pay 3 lakhs more in 10 days.

4) due to some reasons i have cancelled my flat and i am trying to reach him from 25th june and every time he says he is out of office and can't help me here and will connect me with me after coming but i never got any response from him.

I want my complete money back. There is no one who can help me.

I trusted them as they are a part of "raheja developers" and they are having a really good image in market.

I have to agree on the cancellation policy as below:

I was agreed on this as well, due to need of money.

I am trying to follow up for the refund since june 2017.

There is no one in whole organisation who can resolve this issue. I am completely trapped by paying the booking amount and no one is there to help.

I am having all the proofs of the fake commitments from the staff of krishna housing scheme, i just don't wants to involve in legal cases as it takes time and money but if anyone is doing that please let me know as well.

I just wants to inform all viewers beware of raheja developers & krishna housing scheme, as they are cheating people under pradhan mantri awas yojna scheme.

I have applied for raheja developers pvt. Ltd. Project named krishna housing scheme (Licence issued on 20/08/2014 (Clubbed
Lc-3002a). It was communicated that the decision will be taken after the lottery.

The lottery was conducted on 06/07/2015 at huda gymkhana club in sector 29.

I was selected through lottery. But i was surprised to check the allocation letter for 2 bhk-type-iii (452.33 sqft) irrespective...

He had done some wrong commitments to me to make a sale of the house for the company.

1) he told me, i will get the floor in between 2nd to 5th floor, as the company is having "quota" and i got the 08th floor on papers.

2) he said, company will decide the floor by lucky draw scheme, i never heard about any draw announcement and got the 8th-floor allotment on papers when i received the same on 30 june 2017 after so many follow ups.

3) i have made the payment of booking amount in the month of april and he promised that receipt will come to me in next 15 - 20 days and that i got on 30 june 2017 only after chasing him from 25 june 2017 by giving him so many calls in a day.

4) when i told him, i am having a personal loan running and worried about the home loan, he promised that he will get my home loan done from the bank as he is having good contacts so no need to worry there and just make the payment of booking amount without any 2nd thought. So i made the payment on trust on his words.

5) now i am trying to reach him from 25th june and every time he says he is on leave and can't help me here and will connect me with someone else from his company but i never got any response from someone who can assist me and help me out to come out of this situation.

6) the last date to make the payment of 20% of booking amount is 07th july 2017.

I want my complete money back and wants to cancel this booking of my house as there is no one who can help me.

Banks has denied to give me approval of inr 23lac rupees of home loan as i am having an existing personal loan for next 18 months.

I trusted them as they are a part of "raheja developers" and they are having a really good image in market.

After so many calls and emails they replied and said i have to agree on the cancellation policy as below:

Mr. Hemant the contact person has provided me the number of mr. Aseem singhal ([protected]) and again he is also not responding my calls. One time he picked up my call and said my money will get refunded after 2 month's time, november is going to end now and there is no update on the refund part, i am completely harassed by this company and no one is responding from raheja developers and krishna housing scheme.

I posted the feedback on twitter and facebook as well, they are not concerned about the consumer's satisfaction all they want is to get the money from middle class families and stop replying after money get transferred to them, i request to all the viewers, if anyone can help me to here to resolve this issue asap, i need my hard earned money back.

Dear sir,

This is to bring to your notice that i have purchased a property (A 282) in raheja revanta, sector 78, shikohpur, gurugram, haryana, in 30th july 2014. I have purchased the property under the buy back guarantee scheme, where raheja developers had committed to buy back the property 36 months from the date of booking.in spite of my regular follow up, even after informing the head of raheja developers (Mr. Naveen raheja), they have not honored the agreement and bought back the property. The property was under subvention and i am not able to pay the emi for the same, and will be defaulter if they start. This was a planned investment and currently i am in urgent need of the fund.
Request your intervention to resolve the issue at the earliest.

This complaint is against raheja developers.

I have booked a property with raheja developers in raheja revanta under the subvention scheme that had a buy back guarantee from the developers after 36 months from the date of booking. I have an agreement with the developers to confirm the same. The booking date of my property was 30th july, 2014. I have paid all installments in time and have informed raheja developers about my intention of selling the property back to the builder at the pre-decided price. I have an email confirmation receipt of my case informing the developers about exercising the option to sell the property back to the developer.
My 36 months tenure is over in 30th july, 2017.in spite of my consistent trying with raheja developers customer care aditi chauhan and relationship manager mr. Sandeep thapar, who is supposed to manage this relationship and apparently only people to connect to raheja developers, i have not managed to exercise my option of reselling the property back to the builder.
I seek your help for an urgent resolution of the issue.
Please do let me know if any specific information in required from my end in this regard.

I applied a flat through Raheja Developer in Jan-2015 (Project Name-Krishna Housing Sohna Sector-14). I had paid 5% booking amount through cheque to ICICI Bank Cannuaght Place, after the flat draw I got allotment of the flat from the developer which is on Flat No-9009, Tower-B1, Application No-10037. According to Huda guidelines we can cancel the allotment after the draw date therefore due to personal reasons I cancelled the allotment in July-2015. And the guidelines states (Krishna Housing Project) if we cancel the booking amount paid during the allotment they will refund me wihtin 90 days of cancellation. They will also deduct 25000 repees from the 5% booking amount which I paid Rs-80725/- on the booking time.

From July-2015 I am trying to get my refund back from developer which is Rs-55725/- after the cancellation. I have sent them mail multiple times but developer has only given me different dates all the time. & they are doing false commitment again & again form last 1.5 years. They are not releasing our payment.They have given me lot more assurance but still no solution. It almost 1 Years 6 month from the time of cancellation
I want to put a police complaints against Raheja Developers & sue them in court & still there is no news of my refund. There answer to me is that my cheque has not been sigh yet and also they do not have money to give me.

I applied a flat through raheja developer in jan 2015 (Project name: krishna housing, sohna, sec-14). I had paid 5% booking amount through cheque to mr. Rahul which is employee of raheja developers amounting to rs. 73556.00 at medanta, the medicity hospital, gurgaon. After the flat draw i got allotment of the flat from the developer which is on 7th floor tower d (D2-7002). According to huda guidelines we can cancel the allotment within 15 days after the draw date therefore due to personal reasons i cancelled the allotment in august 2015. And the guidelines states (Krishna housing project) if we cancel the booking amount paid during the allotment they will refund me within 90 days of cancellation. They will also deduct 25000 rupees from the 5% booking amount which i paid on the booking time.

From august 2015 i am trying to get my refund back from developer which is rs. 53556.00 after the cancellation. I have sent them mail since august 2015. But developer has only given me different dates all the time. Its almost 9 months from the time of cancellation.

I had gone to the developer office on 22 feb 2016 and they had given me the final date that is 15th april 2016. Now the last date has also has also gone and still there is no news of my refund. There answer to me is that my cheque has not been sign yet and also they don’t have money to give me.

I am disappointed against the developer. My only hope now is you please take action against them so i can get my refund back.

I had almost finalized a plot in Sohna under the Subvention Scheme. Payment was agreed to be 30-70. 70% was to be paid at the time of possession. I also got the confirmation that if I don't want to go for bank loan right now, then too there is no issue with the developer. I could go for loan at the time of possession. I requested for all confirmations from Raheja's e-mail id. Earlier, communication was verbal and from g-mail. I was told that once I pay the booking amount, I'll receive all details including the payment plan from Raheja's e-mail. However, I insisted for e-mail from Raheja's e-mail id before I pay the booking amount. They didn't do that. When I took a stand that unless I receive a genuine e-mail, I'll not hand over the cheque, I received call from the MD of Raheja stating that the rate that has been agreed by the GM is not possible under Subvention Scheme. The TRAP was clear to me and I was able to save my hard earned money. Be AWARE guys…

I have apl;lied for 1bhk flat under krishna housing at sector 14 sohna in haryana application number 17876 and deposite with cheque amout rs 78556/= on dated 29dec2014 with promise for draw with in 03 three month but till now there is no date is fixed by devlopers.

My Pf a/c no is DL/34162/19 and applied for refund in OCT'08. I had written complaint about non receipt of my amount but no acknowledgement has ever beeen received till date.
To my surprise, I received mobile alert that my account no[protected] has been debited of an amount Rs.110/-. as i have not deposited any cheque. on enquiring from bank, they have sent me cheque no 331368 dtd 15/05/09 issued by State Bank Of India, Nehru Place ( Micr code[protected] as returned due to insufficient fund by ICICI bank, I donot know what to do--
1. whether to deposit again or
2. check from whom when to be deposited or
3. who shall reimburse my charges deducted by the bank?

I had worked with the company upto June'07. I had submitted the withdrawal form duly filled & signed on revenue stamp to the company by hand for withdrawal of the same in April, 08. The withdrawal / acknowledgement has not been recd. till date & no favourable response is being recd from the company.
I had tried to submit the form directly to PF office at Nehru place but htey refused to accept & asked to route thru' the employer. My Pf no . is DL/34162/19. I am housewife now & no plan for future employment.
