I have applied for raheja developers pvt. Ltd. Project named krishna housing scheme (Licence issued on 20/08/2014 (Clubbed
Lc-3002a). It was communicated that the decision will be taken after the lottery.

The lottery was conducted on 06/07/2015 at huda gymkhana club in sector 29.

I was selected through lottery. But i was surprised to check the allocation letter for 2 bhk-type-iii (452.33 sqft) irrespective of applying for 2bhk-type-ii (640.60 sqft). I have applied and paid registration value for 2bhk-type-ii (640.60 sqft).

Since last 3 years i have made numerous followups with raheja with multiple assurances & now they have stopped responding and neither returning submitted money.

Kindly forward it to concerned authorities.

Hi Gaurav,

I have also applied for Sohna sector 14, 2 BHK Flat and paid initial 5% of it. They have sent direct allotment letter to me without lottery system. Due to some reason i have cancelled the flat allotment and ask for reverse payment. They are not responding since 1 year. If you find any solution please share with me as well.
