Subject: company person called me on 30/7/21, telling to "OPPO MOBILE, 4gb Ram, 64gb" internal memory, price 3999/-. But I have received "APPLE TREE MOBILE 2gb ram" on 3/8/21. This product is not working. Iam called to costumer care, talk to"PRIYA" It's ok sir, no problem please send to from adress told. Iam sending to parcel speed post on 4/8/21 Tracking no:EN54537799. Parcel received on 7/8/21. Talk to PRIYA she is told to ok sir once check to me. 5/8/21 to 13/8/91 daily 10 to 15 times call. But phone no lift, no respond. Please clear to my problem.
