I had ordered the phone which specification was told me 4gb ram 64gb storage with camera 48mp and 12mp with android 9.1 . Where as it is not the same. Need to replace with right one. Confirm the same

Hello I have ordered through online for a phone but iam unable to attend the call So they Followed till 5 days they reached me i told to cancell the phone through courier which iam not availble at particular place the courier boy forced to deliver the phone with the old father of me, ok they delivered but the phone is old, not able to on, battery is dry charger is out of control so please refund the amount to my account number [protected] so pls refund to this account number .

Hello i ordered through online umigidi A11 pro but you sent normal china basic mobile then i called you .
you said please courier it back to rahil impex i spent my money Rs 350 sent through courier to you received.
and said will send that umigidi A 11 pro.
Again you sent the same China normal basic mobile .
What you are thinking about me .one time wrongly sent ok again and again you doing like this same thing not accept . i have all you called me recording and courier opening videos i raised the complaint through mail to you no reply i called many times no answer . i dont want your service please send your person to collect the courier and return my money.
and im requsting you please dont do like this to anyone fool and eat like this money . this frowd work not help you in feture.
please send your person to collet this china toy phone and please return my money .

I have buy product with your ecom express is tracking id#[protected].. but my pakckets has been changed and brekebale also . I'm buying another products and I am getting this. I have pay 3999/-phone pay sir today getting my packet at 06:30 am date 14/10/2021.
When open my packet and call the Currier boy but he is denied to take packet .
I was call the customer care we have return back police bout nobody taking response they all are making fool of costomer
Kindly looking for that as soon ass possible
