Rahna — refund credit issue

I am a savings account holder at syndicate bank (Azhikode.. Kanur district.. Kerala) i haven’t received my refund amount which has been already credited from redbus due to cancellation done before 10 days and the amount has been credited to respective bank and i havnt credited that amount to my account... My reference id is[protected]... Plz resolve this issue as fast as possible
