I order online flipkart shooping brand a&k 1111 yellow color mobile phone dated 8th august 2017 and delivered me on 11th august 2017 and i paid rs.1957/-. To delivery man
Then i open in front of delivery man i check i found that they send me yxtel c920 white colour mobile without battery then delivery man refuse to return mobile and said me that you complaint customer care, i call customer care they take my complaint and said that delivery man pickup on 12th august 2017 and your money will deposit in your bank account, i also provide my bank account one day and pickup man come and deny to pickup mobile parcel again today i contact customer care and complaint that your pickup man deny to pickup parcel what i will do then they told me that i note down your replacement request we will contact you on 13th august 2017 no refund now what i will do now pl let me know otherwise i will take legal action against flipkart. Reply me urgently.
Daily i call flipkart customer care no. But no satisfied reply, now i want my money rs. 1957+ harassment charges rs. 1000 total rs. 2957/-
Then dated 14th august one unknown person call me that i am from flipkart mumbai i received order from consumer forum to pay you rs. 2957 pl give debit card no then i do the same then he debit my account rs. 1850/- and and off the phone and fraud my account. I inquiry bank then bank said fraud against your bank account money transaction the fraud person from noida name is mr. Rahul kumar mobile no.[protected]. Please help me.
