Rahul — Regarding port sim is not activated.

Dear sir/mam I am Rahul Julka from Jandiala Guru, Amritsar.Few days ago I request for port my sim, according to your store in Nehru shopping complex Amritsar ([protected])my sim will activate yesterday night but my sim is not activate till now.I tried to contact them and they are not responding properly, they told me in the morning my sim will activate in 1hr or 2hrs.but I waited for 5hrs but my sim is not activated, I called them again n got reply my proof is not from there circle.I am doing online business and using my phone a lot just because of your staff. My point is If my proof is not under there circle when I ask for port and gave my proof on December 1st that time why they accept my paper? Why they didn't refuse me that time? Now what should I do ? If anybody is working in reliance mobile store cannot they get proper training or they are not capable to understand what you are trying to teach them. Please confirm me when my sim will activate.
