I have booked vehicle on 30 rd june 2019 for travelling from bilaspur to raipur for travel date on 5th july but due to some reason i had to cancelled the trip on 3rd july 2019 but even after almost one month past i have not received the refund till date.. I had made servals times call to them but they are least bothered about my grievance and harnessing me for my right to refund.
