I booked a cab for Raipur on 11th March at 5pm but the cab arrived late by an hour at 6pm and due to which I missed my flight. Then I called the customer care and also connected with the coordinator of this trip Monika Tandan and asked for the refund as well the amount I lost due to their irresponsibility. They agreed to pay half of the amount in 2-3 days. When I called them back after 3 days and asked for my money, they simply refused to pay and asked me to go to consumer court and appeal there.

I have all the call recordings with the coordinator, their agreement and disagreement.
I just want them to pay what I lost.

I booked a cab on october 2021, the validity was till 31 dec, my trip got cancelled so i asked for a refund from rahul taxi, their representative said that i can use this booking after dec 31 and they will change it to dec 2022, now when i called to re use my booking, they are denying the service by saying which no. did you called. This is clearly breach of trust and someone should take an action. the cost of cab booking is 1060.

I had booked a small car for one, for travel from Korba to Raipur airport but I got a call from Rahul travels merely 24 hours before my scheduled time where I was informed that the small car for one was not available and a big car was available where I would have to pay Rs. 1750 more in addition to the original amount.

Now, given that this was merely 24 hours earlier, we would not have any opportunity to re-schedule and any other car rental would have cost us more, so my father tried to negotiate with Ms. Pooja Sahu, however, Ms. Sahu was ineligible to professionally converse because of which the whole car rental for 17th was cancelled and my father had to book another car that costed us Rs. 6, 000.

Rahul Travels have done a similar kind of thing earlier as well which is why the scam was evident to my father, hence, he did not want to support such scam, so he, a man of principal, decided to incur more expense and to at least try to prohibit such practice by Rahul travels.

If we did not have the money, my plane, the hotel reservation, everything would have been hammered. This is not merely to punish the company for a personal loss, that is, for a small amount of around Rs. 4000, but if this behavior is supported, many more will be scammed.

I urge the respected forum to fine Rahul travel as well as to refund Rs. 4000 plus the mental exhaustion that it has caused to me and my family.

We had booked an Innova for a Nagpur to Ankleshwar trip. The car that arrived was the top end model, but the driver was a novice who hadn't done long tours before. We left Nagpur at 15:00hrs and the driver's carelessness led to an accident at 1830hrs. Luckily everyone was safe. At 0030hrs, a tyre got punctured and the car did not even have a spare wheel. We were stranded for five hours in the middle of nowhere, with family amid constant fear of burglars and dacoits on the highway. We somehow reached the destination at 1530 hrs the next day and vowed to never make a booking at Rahul Travels ever again. Worst experience, irresponsible behaviour and zero value for money.

Rahul travel is worst travel I have seen in my life if you cancel your booking they will not refund your money back if you reschedule it they will charge 50% at the same time poor service bad behavior no ethics.i will not suggest anyone to book Rahul travel

I had booked a cab with Rahul travels at 8 Am Saturday morning from Raipur airport as I was supposed to board a flight from Mumbai at 6:05 AM, scheduled to arrive at Raipur by 7:30.Thid cab was bboked from Raipur to Korba. Had given full payment in advance for this booking.. However my flight got postponed to 11:05 from Mumbai.. When I called Rahul Travels to cancel the cab booked, they said that they can reschedule it to 2pm.(as per new flight timings). I had clearly mentioned that I want aSUV since I had lots of luggage and was travelling with my husband and son. Before boarding the flight for Raipur, my husband spoke to the concerned driver who was scheduled to pick us up from airport regarding our arrival timings and he said that he will wait but there will be waiting charges...We agreed for Rd. 200 charge per hour.. We reach Raipur at 1:20 and come out by 1:30..when we call this driver, he says that your booking is cancelled and that travels will arrange a diff driver for you...wr called up the operator and she said that they are arranging for scorpioand it will reach us soon.. That never happened, we call up again at 2, to check the status and get to know scorpio isn't happening, they will send 2 zest ASAP.. That also never happened.. We call up again to check and got to know that zest is also not available and that they'll b sending Hyundai I 20..we still agreed but wee also asking operator if it is not possible to send the car, can she tell us how to cancel and refund the money.. She simply says that she is not responsible for refund and again goes back to baffling us with what's available and what's not...All this took almost 2 hours and we are still waiting at airport, hungry, with a 5 year old in corona times and without a cab.. Finally after ages Hyundai i20 came and we load our stuff.. Obviously we were too frustrated by then and we're already having arguments with Rahul travels.. I20 driver goes out and starts chit chatting with some other tour operator and tells us that he can't take us as he has to pay some fine and that Rahul travels will arrange for another cab.. There we are, at 4 pm, hearing the same story for nth time and still not able to kick start from Raipur.. With no signs of refunding our booked amount and cancellation so that we can go ahead with some other cab. Later Rahul travels associate partner calls us and says that we should be sorry for the way we spoke with staff.. I mean OK.. We are sorry for some bad words we might have used.. But hello.. Who pushed us to that limit.. And to top that he has audacity to tell us that we are at fault and that he was arranging for our cabs..
Through this complaint I want to tell the owners of Rahul travels that their business model is a failure as Noone is clear.. Neither customer, nor the driver.. This is the most pathetic cab service that I have experienced and would never recommend Rahul travels to anyone.

I have booked vehicle on 30 rd june 2019 for travelling from bilaspur to raipur for travel date on 5th july but due to some reason i had to cancelled the trip on 3rd july 2019 but even after almost one month past i have not received the refund till date.. I had made servals times call to them but they are least bothered about my grievance and harnessing me for my right to refund. So please i request you to help me on this to the refund amount along with legitimate penalty regarding this.

I booked a vista for 1-3-2018 at 3:30 pm which is cost me 1136rs for one way traveling bilaspur to raipur... Nd at the day of arrival suddenly they increase the price upto 4000.. Nd when i complain about this they told me to cancel the ride.. Nd even they do not refund the money this is my 3rd time.. So ethier you refund money directly on my account or send me the cab on time.. Please solve my problem asap

sir my name is girdhar gopal rathore.i applied for passport by rahul travel they charge me 1500.
only filling internet passport form.
which i already done.
so i want to know that can i complained against them for charging huge money for a very little work ?
their consultancy fee should not be as high as that it reached to 1500 rupees.

i people suffering from diseases goes to the doctor. he at least check the patient but does not charge as high as the travel agengy charging for submitting details
