I booked a cab on october 2021, the validity was till 31 dec, my trip got cancelled so i asked for a refund from rahul taxi, their representative said that i can use this booking after dec 31 and they will change it to dec 2022, now when i called to re use my booking, they are denying the service by saying which no. did you called. only filling internet passport form.
which i already done.
so i want to know that can i complained against them for charging huge money for a very little work ?
