09.06.2016 I was travel from Ongole to Chennai in Pinakini Super Fast Express in AC Compartment. Many times I waited for AC attendant for increase AC cooling. But I was not found him ! There after while I was going to bath room I found him at the out side of compartment i.e., at the nearest of wash basin and talking with general passengers and collecting money who wishes to stand inside of AC bogie. There after I asked him to increase AC cooling ! he neglectfully rejected ! after 15 minutes he increased cooling. Thereafter I inquired with passengers who are standing in side of the AC coaches as there is no space to go to bath rooms as they standing nearest to the door. They neglectfully answered me as they paid Rs.20.00 to AC Attendant to stand in side of the AC Bogie ! P;ease take action against the AC attendant who is in white colored body and dress.
