Parceled bike with T. No. 12124162, Slip serial no—131045 has yet not reached its destination after 15 days
Dear Madam/Sir,
My bike with registration number BR 01 AR-2337 was parcelled from BGP (BHAGALPUR JN) to SLN (SULTANPUR) on 17/06/2017 (10:45 HRS) with T. No. 12124162, Slip serial no—131045, and was loaded in train number 13133 UP on 18/06/2017 . But after that there is no information of my bike. It was to be parcelled via Varanasi JN to SLN (SULTANPUR).But it was not received by the parcel department SULTANPUR. The Bhagalpur officials told me that my bike is loaded in 13133 UP at BHAGALPUR JN where as VARANASI and SULTANPUR officials told me that they did not get such parcel till date. Please take immediate action.
