I have booked a parcel of my scooty on 13 April 2023 with my ticket and still no update my railway station....

I have registered some Bagage which consists of clothes (Handloom Bedsheets) for the destitute in my institution. It was registered from Shalimar (SHM) to Ernakulam (ERS) PRR No.[protected]. As i ordered mango from kolhapur to gondia and there after gondia to raipur
My goods come till gondia and afterward loaded in baurani express from gondia to raipur on a urgent basis on request due to perishble item.. and at the time of loading gondia staff intimate the raipur head officer on night duty staff for the parcel for unloading..
But they dont u load it..and still i am looking for my parcel..it was persihable its self life was only 5/6days..n yet i have not received and get any updation as i visit 8tym on station from yesterday morning than afternun then night and then midnight n today mrng afternun and now but there is no response given my any of the staff.. they said we are sleeping so couldnt unload the material..now wait it return arrises will let u know..
Who is the reponsible for my loss..
The mango costing approx 16000/- wo can bear this loss amount..why no one can clearly give the answer
When i get my parcel?? if it were destroyed?? Who will responsible for it??

I have booked my vehicle from KACHEGUDA to VEERAGANA LAKSHMIBAI and its gone to delhi.

I booked bycyle on 25/02/2022 at Katni PARCEL OFFICE W.C.R. which has to delivered at Gorkhpur station but it is not loaded by the staff, on asking they are giving excuse that there is no space in the compartment .

I have booked parcel from Jamnagar to Salem on 5th July and train no was 06734 Okha - Rameshwaram .the train was delayed to reach Salem by 1.5hours on 8th Jul and my parcel was not loaded on appropriate coach due to that I’m unable take delivery on that day and railway officials told it will go to end station and come back then they noted my mobile number to inform .

My 2 parcels are missing out of 4 which i booked from delhi to bhagalpur. I have complained this in indian railways and no one is helping me. Booked on 30/11/2019 via farakka express (Train no. - 13464) under prr no. - [protected]. Please help and contact me on [protected] asap. These are my parcels and my name is rakesh pahwa booked it through railway agent. Sender name is sanjeev kumar from delhi and these parcels were sent to bhagalpur. We have lost 2 parcels in transit. We are complaining about this matter to northern railways and the railway agent. But now they have instructed to log a formal complaint. I hope this is the right platform i am using and i will get help to locate my missing 2 parcels. Rajdhani parcel service in sachkhand express which runs aurangabad maharashtra to bhopal madhya pradesh on dated[protected] on 14:17 pm which was supposed to come bhopal on[protected] at 12 am in night i got msg also of lodding i went today to bhopal station to take my parcel then i came to know that my parcel has go along with train respective person's told they were unable to unload the parcel and told me to come on monday again.
Railway station is approximately 15-20 km from my place i already wasted 300 buks for going and coming today i have to spend more money to go again and we planned to parcel the scooty in that way so it will be my holiday now monday is my working. It is management fault why i have to spend more money time and energy for foult of someone else's??? Terrific service

I have send my luggage from Ambala cant (Haryana)to Kollam (Kerala) on 18/5/2019 .My PR no is M 375607 Name -SAM G VARGHESE .I didn’t get my luggage till date .when enquired in Ambala I got the answer that they have send the luggage .As per that I have contacted the quilon parcel office but they told that the courier haven’t reached. I have also contacted the railway parcel department toll free no and got the answer that it is in kochuveli I have enquired there also but its not there.now the condition is like nobody knows where it is.please do the needful to get my luggage back.

Hi,

I have booked a 04 x pkges parcel (House Hold Goods) (03 x box and 01 x cartoon pkgs) thru railways parcel service on 22th Jul 2013 (Receipt number 847427) at Jaipur Railway station. It was to send from Jaipur to Guwahati.


I had to travel to Guwahati after five days and hence check the status after five days. As the only 03x boxes reach at Guwahati out of four and 01 x pkg not recd till date.

I am struggling to get my bike since one week.
I had registered in railway parcel from coimbatore to pune jn. But not sure where
My bike is roaming.
No body is listning to me regarding complaint in parcel office.
I have reciept of registration with me.
I am totally frustated due to this and I am keep on going to railway station, checking whether
My bike has reached or not, checking all the platforms at pune jn.

Kindly please help me in this and tell me the process how to resolve this issue.

I had sent my books through railway parcel on 17 May, 2012 from Chennai to Delhi. At the booking office they told that it will be delivered within 3 days but I have not received it till date. When I inquired at the railway office they didn't answer and told me to wait for some days. I am tired of going to booking office .

A Two Wheeler TVS Scooty bearing Registration No KA-09, EB 6564 pertaining to Naveen Kumar P of this depot was booked from Mysore railway station to Guwahati railway station via Bangalore (SBC), Chennai (MAS), Howrah (HWH) on 29 Nov 2011 vide Parcel Way Bill No A 269514 (Parcel way bill scanned copy attached for you ready reference).

2. As per enquiry obtained from Parcel Office Railway Station Guwahati the said Two wheeler not yet received by Guwahati Rly station till date. Presently I am staying in Tezpur it is very difficult to go for enquiry to the Guwahati rly stn on daily basis & also I am facing very difficulties in daily life.

3. Therefore, it is requested that to do needful for early delivery of TVS Scooty Registration No KA-09, EB 6564 to the ultimate consignee at Guwahati Jn.

When i gone to recieve my parcel then station staff told me that your parcel is not here but train was gone from Patna.When i complaints to satation master then no response was taken.
