I have registered some Bagage which consists of clothes (Handloom Bedsheets) for the destitute in my institution. It was registered from Shalimar (SHM) to Ernakulam (ERS) PRR No.[protected]. It was supposed to be delivery by 06 December 2022 but still now no information about the parcel. I have given a complaint through[protected], they say that it is in progress. It was brought here as Christmas gift for the inmates. I request the authorities to find the parcel immediately, so that we could give them a beautiful Christmas gift which is made their friends in Kolkata. Authorities, please take initiatives to find out our parcel immediately. Railway authorities are cooperating very from 06th of December, but they are not able to find our parcel.
