Railway Police force — harassment and corruption | |||
I'm from lucknow. There are new candidate as rpf on gomti nagar railway station. These people are very much corrupt and they only disturb the public. On 23july i was going back to lucknow from gonda i was with 2bags that day it was raining so in one of my bag there were few wet clothes and foodgrain so a police man stopped meh and cheched me so according to him i was a stranger or a tarrist he checked me up and wasted my time. And then i let him checked and told him about myself. Today i was traveling from gomti nagar to gonda with my father, so we forgotten the medicine of blood pressure so i called up my brother to come at the station with the medicine. He came and gave and while going back a rpf stopped him made him sit there for and hour without any reason when he tried to called me up to tell the situation a police man snatched his phone then after an hour the police man took ₹100 from him and then leave him Was this information helpful? | |||

On 5th November, when I sat on a train going from Katihar railway station to Siliguri, a passenger started misbehaving with me. Called and got me beaten up by him, that policeman neither had any name batch nor did he ask me my fault. Railway policeman beat me up, he hit me so much on platform number 1 of Katihar Junction, even the button of my shirt Tore, didn't even tell me my fault, just beat me a lot and started giving dirty lanes on asking the fault and started threatening when I reached the railway police station on platform no.
