Railwire — Distributor is not picking up the calls

Address:Sector B, Bondamunda, Srawan Sahoo Locality, Near Femina Beauty Parlour, Srawan Sahoo Locality

I have opted for railwire broadband connection and also given the money to the distributor and now he's not picking up my calls neither he's giving me the connection. Please help me out.

Very very disappointed with service which thy are provided... I wrote this after one full day network failure!! Still they are not giving a proper answer for that... Its not fixed yet..!! Very irresponsible local service distributor as well, even thy r not picking the calls..No response in their portal also.. Please dont recommend this networks to others.
