Railwire — Not responding to my cancellation process

I have called them many times but they are not sending their agents even after promising for the same. This is their contact no. for my area - [protected]
I wanted to cancel the service because it was not upto standards. I filed it as per their cancellation policy and guidelines and they promised to resolve it asap. It's been more than a year they haven't taken any action yet. It has become irritating and time draining activity now to call them regularly. Kindly look into it.
