Railyatri.in — refund of cancellation money

I booked a ticket & duly cancelied. Pnr no-[protected]. Order id-1057033. But refund amount of rs.730.00 not yet received. Several times tried to contact agent but failed. Date of cancellation -07.10.2018. Please take appropriate action to return back the amount in my account or rail yatri cash wallet. This is most vital & urgent.
