I had booked a ticket yesterday [protected]. After that i cancelled a ticket by mistake and called customer care to donot cancelled the ticket as i want to retain it but still this guys cancelled my ticket and deducted around 500 rs as a deduction charges and agent fee. This is a worst site to book ticket as customer care people also unexperienced. Request you to look into the matter or i will raise a complaint Was this information helpful? |
