Rainbow Children Hospital — Unable to arrange video call after three days of wait

My daughter was regular patient with Rainbow children's care hospital at Marathali branch, Bangalore, from April 2020 I am visiting the hospital due to my daughter health issue. they came up with Video consulting, due to covid cases raise during those days it was really helpful and the response was good to fix the video consultant. On 5th July my daughter was having temperature of 100 F, gave her a crocin has firstline and booked doctor appointment online since we had moved our base from Bangalore to Mysore, since she has kidney related issue taught of have one doctor who knows her history better can always know what will be good for kid when she is not well. Booke donline appointment by paying on the webpage at 5:17pm on 5th July, as per the customer executive they have reached me on 5th july, but I have not received any call, my question was if they have reached me, they could have dropped SMS or email stating we have reached you on so and so time, kindly call back or please be available on so and so time, Which I have not received from their end. I waited for the call on 6th July since I didn't get the call, I contacted my sister who is a Doctor and started with medication. I called rainbow children's customer care on 7th July at 1:30pm requesting for a appointment for same day, he told he will call back, I kept checking my phone every 30 mins, I didn't receive any call and I gave a call on 8th July asking for the status, 11:10am, customer representative called & told I will need 10 mins to sort this out.. I waited till 1:30 still I didn't get the call and I called them to get to know doctor is busy, not sure if we can get a appointment for today.. we will know only by afternoon doctor is available for video call are not... my question is made me wait for 3 days and telling if doctor is available or not for today not sure then why have video call in first place if you don't know on doctor availability, Has a patient I understand on emergency. But this is straight miscommunication and not efficient to handle the video consulting.. and if someone is booking online video consulting means they cant walking to hospital for that reason we book online consulting not that we are lazy and having fun when it comes to kids health. I think Rainbow should have better customer care executive who understands the importance of life.. you might be getting thousand calls in a day, but each one are calling for their loved once.. hope you understand this & I have all the proof to support my comments... kindly dont opt for video consulting cos rainbow is not capable of handling it
