My daughter was regular patient with Rainbow children's care hospital at Marathali branch, Bangalore, from April 2020 I am visiting the hospital due to my daughter health issue. they came up with Video consulting, due to covid cases raise during those days it was really helpful and the response was good to fix the video consultant. I took the vaccination at the hospital at chennai for my entire family. I was continuously following with them to get the Co-Win application updated and no response received from the customer care and the administrative staff.

After 5 hours of continuous calls, the staff is saying that they did not update the vaccination status on the same day and would update with a different date.

Is this a professional approach?...

Rainbow chidren's hospital is notorious for prescribing unwanted and painful tests on children for the sake of money. Our little baby was subjected to a painful reflux test by dr. Brundavani (Not sure if she is even qualified) and dr. Faisal. Better avoid this hospital and these fake dietitians as they do not care about your child's health... All they care about is their consultation fees.
