I took the vaccination at the hospital at chennai for my entire family. I was continuously following with them to get the Co-Win application updated and no response received from the customer care and the administrative staff.
After 5 hours of continuous calls, the staff is saying that they did not update the vaccination status on the same day and would update with a different date.
Is this a professional approach? It was paid vaccination and hospital has the responsibility to issue the certificate on the same day.
It is pathetic experience to see the responsiveness from the customer care and hospital people.
