Raj Travels — Worst service and condescending act | |||
RAJ Travels. First, the bus was late by more than 30 minutes. Just when I was thinking that the bus at least arrived, it didn't stop where it had to. When I called the bus office, they said "You should have waved at the bus." (Yeah, I should carry all my luggage and stand at the middle of the road and heck, should wave). After taking all the nonsense from the support person, he had asked the bus to halt at some place. Inspite of having chosen the boarding point, I had to travel 3km by Auto to reach the bus where it waited. Spent extra bucks and time to reach the bus only to see the situation getting worse. The driver and the cleaner shouts at me like I have done some mistake. It gets even worse. The cleaner shuts the door at back of my head. When I thought enough is enough, there is another person in my seat. I booked seat no. 4 and I finally had to sit in the last row. When I called back the bus office to tell the situation, he swears at me. So condescending! This is the last time I'll ever be using Abhibus or RAJ Travels. Was this information helpful? | |||
