[Resolved] Rajaram — Illegal consolidated charges deducted by Axis Bank without informing me | |||||
R/sir, I have a Salaried account in axis bank Rudrapur uttarakhand but bank has deducted amount two times in the name of consolidated charges without informing me whenever my account balance is more than 10 thousand Rupees I called customer service but they didn't satisfied me.I request them for close my account or transfer account but they could not help. I lossed about more than 1200 Rupees due to illigal deduction by Axis Bank in the name of consolidated charges. So kindly refund my amount from axis bank Rudrapur uttarakhand. May 5, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I have provided screen shot of deducted amount and account balance which was more than 10000 Rs while deducted as consolidated charges.I have called customer service toll free number 18004190065 they told me this was because of minimum balance should be 10000 there fore my account has more than 10000 although without any massage or Information deducted amount by illegal way since last 2 months by Axis Bank
Kindly look into the matter and refund my deducted amount by Axis Bank.
