Illegal consolidated charges deducted by Axis Bank without informing me

R/sir,
I have a Salaried account in axis bank Rudrapur uttarakhand but bank has deducted amount two times in the name of consolidated charges without informing me whenever my account balance is more than 10 thousand Rupees I called customer service but they didn't satisfied me.I request them for close my account or transfer account but they could not help.
I lossed about more than 1200 Rupees due to illigal deduction by Axis...

Harrasment by TTe-Squad
This mail is in regard with Harassment/Torture made by a TTE-Squad in Tirunelveli Town to us.
We had booked E-Tickets booked for 3 Adult and 1 Child from Tirunelveli to Chennai Egmore.
We had take print out Electronic Reservation Slip with us.
We provided 2 ID Proof for verification (Driving License laminated)
Since we did not carry original ID we were fined of Rs.2038.
