श्रीमान जी के अनुशार उन्होने रासन कार्ड का आवेदन 1.5 साल हो गये जो श्रीमान के फ़ैमिली कार्ड से नाम डिलीट हुए 6 महीने हो गये पर अवि तक उनका नया रासन कार्ड नहीं आया जब एमित्र वालो को बोलता हु तो हर बार बार बोलते है की कुछ समय वाईट की जिएगा आ ज्येगा पर मेरा रासन कार्ड अवि तक नहीं आया क्षेमन जी मौजे ये जानना है की आगे से रासन कार्ड नहीं आया तो श्रीमान जी मौजे सूचित करे की रासन कार्ड क्यू नहीं बनाना अवि तक मौजे रासन कार्ड की भूत अर्जेंट जरूरत है आपसे निवेदन है की मुजे मेरा रासन कार्ड जलद से जलद दिलाया जाए

I have applied for New Ration Card for myself namely PRATEEK HARSHWAL & NISHA HARSHWAL through e-mitra code : K11077352 and paid Rs.50/- two times i.e.total amount Rs.100/- but I received one receipt given by said Kiosk.One Receipt which was given i.e.No.[protected] receipt date 03/05/2017 15:50:09 Department/Service-FOOD/NEW RATION Consumer Info.30568302/PRATEEK HARSHWAL Trans.ID[protected] alongwith all relevent documents i.e.AADHAR Card, PAN Card for mine & my mrs, Ration Card Surrender Certificate of mine affidavit given by my mrs.
amount which I had paid no matter but till date NEW RATION CARD not received or no any communication received in this matter.
Please Explicit the same.
