I am writing this letter to bring to your attention an incident that my husband and I experienced while traveling on one of your buses from Simalwara to Ahmedabad on 5 April 2023
We had booked our tickets online, and when we presented them to the bus conductor, he behaved inappropriately and told us that online tickets are not valid. He also refused to provide us with our booked seats and demanded that we purchase new tickets from him. Moreover, he did not carry a reservation chart with him.
This incident has caused us a great deal of inconvenience and discomfort, especially as my husband is a senior citizen. We feel that the bus conductor's behavior was unacceptable and that appropriate action should be taken.
I would like to request you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the bus conductor. I also request that you provide us with a written apology for the inconvenience caused to us.
