I had booked ticket from Ahmedabad to pavti on dated 28.12.2024 at 18:16 and Rs.504.50 money deducted from my account but ticket not generated.

Kindly refund the amount. I already had send email to [protected]@gmail.com on 28.12.2024, 07.01.2025, 12.01.2025 & 13.01.2025 along with the screenshot of transaction even I called to helpline number [protected] & [protected] multiple times but noone received the call.. Worst service...

I have travelled yesterday on 08.03.2023 from Rajadhok Toll Plaza (BASSI) to MAHWA but the conductor charged from me Rs.135.00 fare from JAIPUR to MAHWA instead of BASSI To MAHWA and the distance between Bassi to Jaipur is approximately 40 k.m. hence I hereby request you to look into the matter and do the needful action against the conductor.

I applied for Rsrtc Rfid student smart card on 22 sept, but when i am tracking, it is showing that registration is still pending its been almost 5 days after form submission.Being a daily student without smart card costing a unbearable huge amount. Kindly approve my registration for student smart card.

I had booked 2 time tickets on 17 may 2022 from RSRTC app.. It's jaipur to Delhi.. I booked ac bus and it's ticket amount is 582 for female.. I booked 2 time and paid 582/582 two time by phone pay my amount is paid but my ticket was not booked it's shown on RSRTC app.. After that I called RSRTC enquiry number and thay said it's server problem your refund is auto pay in 1 week but it's about to one week and there is no refund.. I want my refund...

I was travelling from Rajsamand to Udaipur via Rajasthan Roadways, Bus no. RJ06PA0000. There was a female bus conductor who denied giving me a ticket for my money. She said give me 5rs less and travel without ticket. And, she was taking money from many travelers & not giving ticket in return. At the Khirki Dhaula toll (Gurugram, Haryana) on 19th Feb 2021 at 12:45 noon, the driver hit my car from the rear while we were stationary and then absconded. Since the bump from the rear was so sudden and forceful, we were quite startled but luckily not injured. My car sustained a damage costing ₹9000 rupees. The driver was a coward and just drove away - he was not even apologetic.

I have pre booked seat for my journey for Delhi to ganganagar (Rajasthan) but inspire of limited seats and sleepers the conductor filled bus with passengers sitting on seat with us and standing in the path between.
This is competely unacceptable as we paid and pre booked while people who come without booking are irritating and pushing people.

I booked a sleeper ticket on 5th oct and 26 oct 2014 on bus travelling between Ganganagar to delhi. After paying successfully i got sleeper ticket on both the days.
