I had booked 2 time tickets on 17 may 2022 from RSRTC app.. It's jaipur to Delhi.. I booked ac bus and it's ticket amount is 582 for female.. I booked 2 time and paid 582/582 two time by phone pay my amount is paid but my ticket was not booked it's shown on RSRTC app.. After that I called RSRTC enquiry number and thay said it's server problem your refund is auto pay in 1 week but it's about to one week and there is no refund.. I want my refund

Please solve my problem refund my amount back.. I complaint before 2 week ago but there is no response by rsrtc ... I booked 2 tickets on 17 may that time my amount is paid but tickets were not booked please refund my amount... Contact me - [email protected] 7976443548

मेने दिनांक 23/06/2022 को सायला से उदयपुर व उदयपुर से सायला के लिए टिकट बुक किया था लेकिन राशि 1006 रुपये का भुगतान हो गया परन्तु टिकट नंबर प्राप्त नही हुआ जिसके PRN NO. 515032, 515031 है मेरी राशि रिफंड करावे
