As per the booking details received after online booking of rsrtc bus (from Roorkee to Jaipur on 1st May 2022, PNR No- XJPRR[protected], Ticket No-TR5X[protected] through redbus.in (website) in the name of I (Neetu Kholiya), The bus was not boarded at the boarding point (Civil lines, Haridwar road) mentioned in the ticket details instead it departed even without informing me. Apart from this issue, neither the bus number nor the valid contact number for the help was absent in the given ticket details. The only number which was provided in the ticket was reaching out to be invalid each time when made the calls. I have traveled many times via booking through redbus website where every time a call used to ring in order to pick up the passenger. In the aforementioned case, it is obvious to suppose to receive a similar call from driver's side which did not happen in this case. In such circumstances how one can get the bus. The bus left me without taking me to Jaipur which needs special attention from the concerned authority.
I request the concerned authority to take the appropriate action in this case and proceed with a full refund (Rs.- 886.5/-) to me.
