Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation [rsrtc] — Money deducted but tickets not booked

I have tried to book tickets in rsrtc bus on 2 April 2022 but my money got deducted but tickets not generated. My mobile number is [protected] which was used to Book tickets. I have called and mailed to customer care of rsrtc but they have not responded. Please refund my money. I am attaching transaction details.
