Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation [rsrtc] — No booking information/bus ticket received after payment of money. Need refund

I had booked 2 bus tickets from Delhi to Jaipur scheduled on 25th Feb 2022. The first booking was done and the amount was deducted from my bank account. However, I didn't get any bus information or ticket. The details are as follows:

Status: Not received the details hence seeking a refund of 1158/-

Because of this issue, I had to re-book another ticket after which I got the bus ticket details. i need a refund of the previous booking as soon as possible.
