I have booked 2 tickets on 4/2/22 for surat to sirohi by surat -pali bus. for dt.9/2/22 and after 2 days i have cancelled the tickets and till date I have not received the refund. And I am not able to connect to the customer care.

For this I have also created complaint ticket #09660 but then also no response till date I have not received the refund. Please help me out.
