Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation [rsrtc] — Refund the amount due to Bus cancellation

I had booked an RSRTC bus from haldwani, Uttrakhand to Jaipur, Rajasthan. But the Bus was cancelled due to certain reason. I had paid the amount of 715 for my ticket. None of the customer support is there to help in this matter. I want my money back . I am attaching the details of the ticket below.
