I am R GOBINATH from tamilnadu, I have completed my diploma in Electrical Engineering DE-ii/08/ 174985(lateral entry)on 2014, in tamilnadu, coimbatore branch study centre name is ceronet institute marakadai branch.but till now I have not received my consolidate marksheet and provisional certificate from university or that study centre.and I also tried udumalaipettai, nagapattinam, chennai branch ceronet office.they not response to my request.and I mailed to university mail id, no reply from there. Also called to university number they didn't attend the phone call. Now I don't know will do????ceronet study centre collected the money near by rs 75000/- for 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th semester exam, and they collect the rs 2000/- for hall ticket.totally all are cheating people.if I get that people in my hand I will kill them.

I am also completed BTECH from JRNURV but till date not get the Degree certificate getting issue in my new employment. I have paid the fees for all the documents like degree certificate, consolidated marksheets, migration, other documents with postal courier cost added.
Please help me out.
