When the electricity will come.

High Voltage Wire going on my home roof
I would like to inform you that we are facing so much difficulties due to passing of high tension wire over my roof/home. it is very dangerous for my family and mostly in the rainy season because the electric flow the wetness wall at my home, we are living with fear all time. I am requesting to you kindly resolve the issue before any mishappening happen.

This is to inform you that i no more reside at my residence(as my flat is locked since march) at Ramdutt Enclave, Uttam Nagar.But still have got a electricity bill of Rs 1560for the month of April and Rs 1254 of May. I have already paid the bill for the month of April. As i am not using the electricity anymore i should only pay the rental charges.
I would request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

My bill of electricity against CA No[[protected]] amounting to Rs.5690 for the month of may 2021 received today through mail without taking reading, since i have shifted to another location, house is empty from last 4 months its not possible to consume any elecricity, I have 2 meter connection at the premise and both the meters have been billed without taking proper reading kindly look into the matter arrange to revise the bill as per actual meter reading.

This is bring to your notice that, the electricity bill issued for the month of May 2021 dated 30th April 2021 for the consumer number[protected], there is a huge mismatch in the unit consumed for the said CA.

In the provisional bill dated 30th April 2021, the total unit consumed mentioned is 418 units, whereas the actual unit consumed during the period is only 180 units (on 31st March 2021 meter reading was 23, 494 and on 30th April 2021 meter reading was 23, 674), also in the provisional bill issues by BSES Rajdhani dated 30th April 2021, meter reading is also not available.

We have cross checked our meter reading on 8th May 2021 (below is the attached screen capture for reference), that is showing reading as 23811, so as per the readings stated above, present unit stand as on 8th May 2021 is[protected]=317 units only.

We had sent mail to the team (no proper reply) and also had a call with customer care, customer care agent mentioned that the high bill amount was because of Covid 19 meter readings were not available with them & refund won't be possible so they will adjust it in the upcoming month.

So now our request is to if in the comings months also our consumed unit will remain below 200 units, till what time they are going to consider the case of adjusting the amount(about an year or so) and also to share a corrected bill for the month of April 2021(customer support didn't answered on this), as we have already submitted the meter reading through WhatsApp.

This to inform you that the report submitted by your area business office for address 626 ward number 5 mehrauli, New Delhi -30 is fake and wrong. The height of this illegal building is clearly more than 15 meters. Also there is a shop in the stilt/ parking area. In the photograph attached below, the shop has not been shown and it is intentionally hidden by your area business office.
This whole illegal building has been constructed using residential meters and construction meters were not passed during construction.
Please look into this matter personally so that no illegal energy meters will be passed at the above address.

Dear Sir,

I have found that my cable is taken by BSES due to non-payment of bill my line is disconnected.

Please See my all bills were already paid since 13th Dec 2019. I am a retired govt employee, and in this pandemic situation, I am, not able to visit the office. please see this and resolve the same by doing a connection at my home. Bill copy is attached.

I Have already complaining about the same VIA request No. [protected].

Please Reconnect the wire again as there is no fault for the same from my end.

We have received a bill amount 3770, & consumed units are showing 380 wherein as the meter, we have consumed 235 Units till today.

Date of meter Reading was 31.3.3021 & Reading was showing 39408, & when we checked the units today, its 39643 which means we have consumed 235 units till today wherein received bill is for 380 units,

Kindly correct the bill & resend the same to ensure timely payment

A cluster of high tension and home power supply wires passes besides my home. There is Overloading of power throughout the year especially during summers and monsoon.
Due to power overloading, wires frequently catches fire.
This fire even burned clothes and many other things in the house.
This is a serious matter of concern and considered dangerous to me and my family.
With new unauthorized multi storey builder flats being build in my neighborhood, this might worsen the situation in coming future.
So I request your goodself to look into this matter and make amends before we lose any lives.
