Collect Money and cheated no service provided

Seeing their google ad we purchased sms service from them; they offered 75000 sms in 3000 only and when i paid amount they said to pay 500 extra for sender id, then they ask 300 again extra without mentioning reason. Now they are not providing any service....

Ways2sms app has brought up a news about penalty of hospitals in Guntur by government authority, where they used our hospital name and picture in a public social media platform, which we take as defamation and we are willing to proceed legally if no action is taken regarding this issue....

Unable to login

From past 1 month i am trying to login into my way2sms account but it seems that way2sms has stopped their services. I have my contacts in addressbook and need urgent access to that. Kindly make the website working else i would loose all my contacts as i have saved them if my mobile phone get crashed. Today i am in urgent need of that.
