Sir,
My BSES Rajdhani CA no.is[protected] in my name MEENA ARORA.

I received provisional bill of Rs.3970/- for June, 21 on dated 23.06.2021 ( at 03.55 hrs) which I paid from HDFC Payzapp Account.

The payment Transaction Refference ID is HD011174BA2AAAAJQ500, Biller ID: BSESRAJPLDEL01.

Today i.e. on 23 July, 2021, I have received new bill on actual basis from May, 2021 to July, 2021. The payment of Rs.3970/- made on 23.06.2021 is shown pending and is not adjusted in the new bill.

Please issue correct bill and send by mail .

    Hi, Team,
    Hope you are doing well.

    This mail is in regards to an incorrect calculation of bill on CA[protected], Bill is due on 31-Jul-21 and been Calculated for 59Days and units charged on high slab rate in a go, request to consider it as 2months as 59days...
    Units are charged on high rates would please request to reconsider.

    Last month my bill was not generated and I was trying to submit on whatsApp Bses portal, it was not allowing to submit the meter reading and as contacted to customer care they said a server issue is going on and this month I have been charged on a high rate all together.

    Meter reading was not taken in the month of June as BSES was suffering to a server issue, as confirmed by BSES Customer Care Agent.

          It's pathetic electricity service which goes out in 3oclock late night for 2 hours for 20-30 mins sometimes for 1-2 hr generally and now it has been gone for about 5 straight hours, came back for 30 mins. then again gone from about 30 mins now.

            Dear Sir,
            My house was constructed in 1960. At that time 4mm wire was installed from the pole till the main meter. Now that wire has so many cuts and joints that it keeps sparking every now and then and the house electricity power keeps cutting off. I have to raise a complaint and BSES Rajdhani technician comes and joins that same old wire.
            I request you to kindly change that old wire and install a new heavy wire as soon as possible. I have given written requests in your office but nothing has happened. I have all required documents but no replacement has happened. The technicians say you submitt some fees in cash and it will be done. I dont think any such fees is required to paid in cash.

              My meter led is running very fast even when only one fan or two led bulbs is on, the unit consumption is like I can't even explain, it is running enormously even without using that much electricity. Even we were not using electricity for 2 months as we were out of town but the electricity unit came 586 unit and bill is 7000 rupees, I don't know why this is happening but I can definitely say that meter is fault. Please solve the issue as soon as possible.

                      I would like to report that the latest bill which I got for my electricity consumption is not correct. Because it's impossible to have those many units consumed for a single floor. The bill value of May 21 was Rs 920, in June I stayed only 10 days and was in my home town, i live alone and the house was locked so its impossible to have the bill this high. Attaching the bill for your review.
                      As such, it is presumed that the meter installed is having functional problem and may be the cause of excess reading which require immediate rectification.
                      Since no electricity was consumed at all in last 20 days of june the bill of 10 days can’t be 18, 083. I want it reviewed and waive off the amount billed extra.

                        I would like to report that today I received the BSES bill of Rs 6940 which is due by 10/7/2021 and the bill is for last 91 days. However I have paid Rs 430 on April 2021, Rs 2650 on May 2021 and Rs 2810 on June 2021. This is really strange. And when you call the BSES Helpline to get a clarity on the same, they have no proper answer to your query. This seems like I am paying for the same period twice which is really not acceptable. I need the correct bill and I would be more than glad to pay the same.

                                  I, Sunil Kumar writing you to bring your kind attention to serious electricity problems in our area.

                                  Our CA No.[protected]

                                  1.Extreme low voltage.

                                  2.Too much voltage fluctuations everyday & night which may damage our costly equipments.

                                  3.In the night time, the problem is even worst, there is often too low voltage to operate fan, tv, airconditioners or sometimes even CFL Bulbs. Now it's increased & in day time same issues are coming which is very serious.

                                  Given the low voltage will effect on electric & electronic goods and at this temperature it's very difficult for kids & our parents to stay without proper cooling.

                                  Eagerly waiting to see quick and concrete action on this.

                                    My name is Nishant Sagar. I live in Krishna Gali No.7, Ashok Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi 93. Voltage fluctuation in my area is a daily routine and is very serious it is changing so frequently that even coolers are not working properly these days leave alone ACs. It is requested to look into the matter because we are in high summer and its very hard to live without cooler and AC but continuous voltage fluctuation can cause serious damage to electrical devices.

                                      Sir, I stay in Mehrauli, New Delhi - 110030. and it is almost 45 degree in Delhi and have to sleep without AC due to low voltage, non of my cooling appliances are working properly. I have 2 window AC at home but it's of no use. I have complained BSES several time but nothing has been done so far. I know this area is not that important for BSES but I am paying my bills and even though AC is not working but Meter bill is high.
                                      Request you to please look into the matter as our whole locality is suffering the issue and with infants and kids it is really becoming impossible to manage. We are residing here for almost 30 years and do not want to change our place for this reason.

                                        I have written many times to bses. Our electricity power supply is connected street light.
                                        Our electricity is not connected any off neighbor around us.
                                        Regular electricity cut happen in our house.
